Join the dynamic G2A.COM team as a Software Engineer (Node.js), where you’ll manage the technology side of order processing, returns, and email dispatch.
You will be responsible for automating the order process, from cart validation to delivering access keys, as well as monitoring transactions and filtering high-risk orders. You’ll have the opportunity to actively participate in creating new services, allowing you to enhance your skills using cutting-edge technologies like Nest JS, Type Script, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgre SQL, and Rabbit MQ. This is a great chance to expand your expertise while working on innovative projects with the Orders team.

YOU'RE A PERFECT MATCH FOR THE ROLE, IF:

• You have extensive knowledge of Node.js
• You have experience with Java Script and Type Script
• You have knowledge of microservices architecture
• You have experience working with Docker/Kubernetes
• You have experience working with Rabbit MQ/Redis
• You have experience with version control systems like GIT
• You're experienced with engineering practices such as code review, testing, CI, CD
• You have a strong understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, REST
• You're familiar with software design best practices
• Your English proficiency is at least at the B2 level, both spoken and written
• You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Additional advantages:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and maintaining microservice APIs built on Node.js and PHP
• Participating in the removal of monolithic applications
• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software code
• Writing high-quality source code
• Gathering and sharing knowledge within the team
• Actively collaborating with other teams within the organization
• Creating new products and developing existing ones
• Implementing process automation
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
