YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle chargeback disputes via e-mail and the Payment Service Provider (PSP) panel
Report the number of resolved disputes and your results
Prepare basic analyses regarding the disputes
Monitor chargeback trends
Propose and implement improvements in the processes
