Senior Software System Test Engineer

Your Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software System Test Engineer with deep expertise in automotive tests and a strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
As a Senior Software System Test Engineer , you’ll work alongside a team of skilled automotive test engineers, planning, developing, and integrating automation tests for our product (BCM - Body Control Module)
- Developing, documenting and executing software systems tests according to Advanced Safety and User Experience standards.
- Defining test procedures and test cases.
- Developing automatic test environment and automatic tests (when suitable).
- Executing tests, creating test reports and reporting bugs.
- Executing vehicle tests (when suitable).
- Active participation in software systems test related reviews.
- Active participation in project meetings.
- Keeping contacts with clients (when suitable) in the area of software development and software systems tests.
- Active participation in technical innovations and organisation programs.
- Accomplishing tasks in accordance to Advanced Safety and User Experience and TCK quality standards and schedules.
- Care for good company image.
- Continuous developing of professional qualifications.
- Care for confidential information and company’s property.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Master’s or Ph D degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive test engineering
- Good understanding of automotive testing standards and norms
- Profound knowledge of test methodology and test automation
- Good knowledge Vector simulation and tools
- Good knowledge in communication protocols like CAN, LIN & Automotive Ethernet
- Basic Knowledge of AUTOSAR platform (Classic or Adaptive), AUTOSAR communication configuration and testing of core platform services
- Good knowledge in Diagnostics, Data logging and root causing in Automotive Systems. Experience with functional testing
