Currently, we are searching for Senior Reporting Specialist – C&C Global Finance Functions to join our Financial Reporting team supporting Global Finance Functions, located in our Close & Control Hub in Poznan to:

How you will contribute to our success:
Deliver a complete, accurate and timely set of IFRS reporting (corporate reporting) for a cluster of markets
Ensure that monthly and close activities are carried out in a robust and efficient manner by our Business Process Outsourcing partner (BPO)
Ensure quality of Balance Sheet review
Ensure compliance with ICFW (Internal Control Framework) and SOX requirements
Support internal and external audit process
Key responsibilities:
Provide set of financial activities during the monthly cycle to ensure accurate and timely postings of financial transactions and to deliver a timely period end close. Activities include (but are not limited to) research & analysis of entries, review of journals prepared by BPO, close cooperation with Finance Business Partners to ensure delivery of expected outcomes
Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive quality and resolution of open items, assess health of Balance Sheet, flag identified risks and prepare proposals for improvements
Prepare documentation for certain month-end controls ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements and support control remediation where required
Coordinate processes related to fixed assets such as assets maintenance, creation, capitalisation, impairment, disposal and oversight of annual physical assets count
Perform ad-hoc activities on request of Finance Business Partners
Drive continuous service improvements
Requirements:
Accounting degree or in the course of accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm
Experience of working in a control / SOX environment
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluency in English (minimum C1)
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills and ability to manage own workload
Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
Continuous improvement mindset
Preferred requirements:
Power BI knowledge
Previous experience of SAP
Experience of working in a Shared Service Environment or similar
