Your responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating testing activities throughout the entire software lifecycle
  
• Developing, maintaining and executing test cases and ensuring they are integrated into the test automation suite
  
• Creating and updating the testing strategy to align with business requirements
  
• Automating testing processes and monitoring their efficiency
  
• Independently managing testing tasks, timelines, and priorities to meet project deadlines
  
• Building automated test frameworks and scripts from scratch, when necessary, to improve the overall testing strategy
  
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential quality issues or risks without external guidance
  

Requirements

Experience:

• Experience in a Senior QA role in large-scale projects
  
• Proven ability to work independently, managing tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
  

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing processes
  
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience using Playwright/Python
  
• Ability to report results and track progress in projects
  
• Strong experience in API testing, including designing and executing automated API tests
  
• High proficiency in time management and analytical thinking
  
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for communication with international teams
  
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with junior team members
  
• Ability to define and design test cases based on business and technical requirements
  
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools (e.g. Git Lab CI)
  
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills, especially when establishing QA processes in projects where they may not exist
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, including practical experience working in Agile teams
  
• Experience in testing native mobile applications
  
• ISTQB Advanced or Expert level certification
  
• Basic knowledge of the German language
