As a Senior Mobile Engineer (i OS), you will be working for our client, a global financial leader that focuses on building innovative digital solutions for millions of customers worldwide. This project is part of a strategic shift aimed at developing a mobile platform that enhances user experiences while driving digital transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality mobile applications, improve technology and security platforms, and deliver products efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment, making a direct impact on the future of digital banking.

Your main responsibilities:

• Developing high-quality i OS applications using Swift and Objective-C
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and UX designers to meet project goals
• Producing efficient, maintainable code while adhering to technical and functional requirements
• Building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Conducting unit tests to ensure applications meet desired outcomes
• Reviewing and providing feedback on code from team members to ensure high quality
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Identifying and addressing technical debt, ensuring sustainable system design
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering strong team collaboration
• Staying up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience developing complex i OS applications
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
• Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and coding best practices
• Experience with unit and UI testing tools like XCTest and Appium
• Familiarity with Xcode, CI/CD processes, and Cocoapods for dependency management
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful services and API integrations
• Expertise in building responsive user experiences with accessibility in mind
• Experience working in agile and Dev Ops environments
• Knowledge of security best practices in mobile development
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with platform libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with architectural design patterns like MVVM, MVC, and Redux
• Hands-on experience with remote APIs, concurrency, and client-side persistence
