Senior MES Business Analyst
Purpose: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend their skills within the IT function and apply them to a fast-moving generic pharmaceutical and biosimilars business. This role involves exposure to the delivery of Manufacturing Execution System strategic projects focusing on business process and systems analysis. The candidate will define and enhance existing and new IT solutions to ensure they align effectively with business needs.

Major Accountabilities:
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities/ Performance Indicators:
- Undertake analysis and systems development work related to existing and new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Engage with business users to support and identify business requirements through various methods (e.g., interviewing, workshops, questionnaires).
- Facilitate and document workshops to understand, document, and support the design of business requirements.
- Develop Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Implementation Plans.
- Visualize ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business processes through relevant process modeling techniques.
- Drive operational improvement in core business processes, leading to higher business productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes to deliver the highest level of quality.
- Project manage the analysis, design, development, configuration, and deployment of assigned IT projects.
- Ensure delivery of projects is aligned with business strategy and requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working with MES in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project Management, at least in some workstream.
Skills and Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of Körber MES PAS-X.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and influence relationships with key business stakeholders and senior management.
- Project and Performance Management, including Risk Management and Managing Business Change.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- An ownership and responsibility attitude, with a customer and delivery-focused approach.
- Basic SQL knowledge on scripting and development.
Languages:
- English.
