If so, we look forward to seeing you at TMF Poland! The hired person will be responsible for all range of payroll/HR activities determined in the scope of service for allocated Clients. The Senior HRP Specialist will work in our office in Warsaw on hybrid or remote model. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all payroll tasks are filed on time and accurately with the relevant Polish authorities (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS)
Preparation of banking payroll file to be uploaded to the banking system for payment
Submitting all output and reports for Clients to Manager for approval
Managing non-standard payroll issues in cooperation with a Manager
Signing the respective documents/tax returns/payments in line with the given power of attorney
Reviewing Clients’ payrolls and identifying errors or missing documentation provided by the Client
Keeping up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation
Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work
Attending the operational meetings with Clients’ Representatives
Providing information to Client on time to ensure Clients’ staff is paid in the defined period
Onboarding and tasks coordination of Trainees and Assistants
Providing internal trainings and sharing knowledge with other Team members
Ideally, you are meeting the following criteria:
5+ years of experience in HR and payroll and salaries calculation
Experience in outsourcing industry is an advantage
University degree (preferably in administration, economics, management, law or related field)
Very good knowledge of labor law and social security
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Previous working experience with payroll software, Enova and/or Symfonia will be an advantage
English proficiency
