Responsibilities:

• Maintain and write test cases based on requirements
• Create/modify test automation framework and setup automation process for functional testing
• Understand the domain & perform exploratory testing
• Be a part of the engineering team and responsible for the delivery of features
• Work with product owners and tech leads to identify and prioritize tests for automation
• Interact with development teams to help implement optimized and re-usable functional test automation
• Research, identify, and implement new test automation technologies
• Execute test automation scenarios and analyze the results
• Suggest new testing approaches and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in automation testing of both Frontend and Backend services
• API testing experience using any of the following tools - Rest Assured, Postman, Playwright, Jest
• E2E automation testing experience
• Depth knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures
• Experience building automated process flows
• Strong code analysis, investigatory and debugging skills
• Good understanding of overall QA processes
• Understanding of SQL databases
• Attention to details and accuracy with focus on simplicity and quality
• Good communication skills
• You are comfortable working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Familiar with CI/CD processes, tools, and configuration is nice to have
• Understanding of micro-service architecture is nice to have
