Scrum Master
Primary location: Krakow, Poland
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Intelligent Automation Team. On this position, you would be responsible to promote agile way of working for development groups. In the role, you will also support the product Business Owner and Product Owner.
This position is located in Poland, Krakow including hybrid options (3 day in a week work in the office).
What you'll do
Plan, coordinate and monitor development process activities
As a agile master you actively promote best practises to the development groups
Responsible for removing impediments to ensure that the team can work effectively and efficiently
Responsible of conducting and follow-up of team retrospectives and feedback sessions
Who you are
At least 3 years of Agile Scrum Master role or similar
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Experience of project management tools such as Jira, Miro
