Role Overview We are seeking a Revenue Management Specialist who will join the Revenue Management Coordinators Team and become responsible for support of the service delivery process between Revenue Management and the support provided to Local Offices. In alignment with business needs, this process focuses on providing trusted advisory services to Partners along with ensuring timely assistance with their needs and expectations. About the role
As a Revenue Management Specialist you will be responsible for:
Performing day-to-day tasks connected with the Revenue Management Coordinators process, especially in close collaboration with Billing and Collections Teams
Generating various reports and providing assessment of the inventory
Participating in regular meetings with relevant stakeholders and managing schedules
Support with the resolution of complex cases
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Partners, Personal Assistants, Local Finance Teams) and with the Revenue Management Teams
Ensuring professional relations
Comply with the firm’s policies and any other obligations, and effectively manage risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role
Requirements
Professional experience - at least 3 years of experience. Finance, Billing or Customer Service experience will be a huge plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking (B2+/C1 level) - other language (German/French) is nice to have
Excellent Customer Service focus and Conflict Resolution
Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to handle difficult situations successfully
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
Positive team player and can-do attitude
Accuracy & attention to details
Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days per week required at the Warsaw DBSE office
