We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a legal background and technical expertise to manage integration with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance tools, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure smooth integration with external tools & systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a legal background and technical expertise to manage integration with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance tools, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure smooth integration with external tools & systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize feature requirements for our Reg Tech software platform.
- Perform testing, quality assurance, and validation of Reg Tech software modules to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in implementing, customizing, and integrating our Reg Tech solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Reg Tech, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with other teams to showcase our Reg Tech solutions through product demonstrations, client presentations, and industry events.

- 2+ years of proven experience in regulatory technology or related domains.
- Understanding of compliance processes and AML regulatory frameworks will be a plus.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Reg Tech software solutions, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex regulatory scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently.
- Russian language skills would be beneficial.
- A background in legal or paralegal is desirable.
- Experience in the i Gaming industry is a plus.
