Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Executing difficult manual test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications
• Identify, analyse, and document software defects and anomalies to support issue resolution
• Contribute and control to regression testing efforts to ensure stability of existing functionality after introducing new features or making changes
• Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate closely with team to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the testing process
• Planning implementation dates, coordination of releases (control of deadlines, conclusion on the possibility of release)
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and best practices in software quality assurance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• Base experience with Accounting, ERP projects by 1C and other vendors
• English level: Intermediate and higher
• Russian level: close to native level
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI tools: Jira, Vanessa, VSC, Git, Allure
