As a Process Engineer you will work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience

You will be part of EU Regional Chocolate process development team which having scope of 26 Chocolate plants and various External Manufacturing partners.

On this role you will:

• independently lead or participate in execution of major Capex project types, either multiple projects in parallel with phased dead‐ lines, or, medium to large sized RD&Q projects, with 2-3 interfaces outside RD&Q; Projects can vary from brief bench-top scale, through to plant trials and com‐ missioning, including CQV;
• work very closely with BD & Engineering team on projects including new line design, be part of design review activities, interact & work with Equipment suppliers on technical solutions;
• ensure consistency, technical precision and compliance with methods of work
• Recommend improvements within department;
• be responsible for measuring an individual results/performance but may also include team goals;
• independently interpret of data to deliver results and draw business relevant conclusions;
• effectively structure and present status updates / proposals to influence partners or share with senior management;
• focus on network-building based on awareness of business partners.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Project management skills
• Degree in Science/Food Science/Engineering
• Independent and proactive approach combined with good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective business relationships
• Fluency in English - any additional EU language would be a plus
