Project Overview:

This role involves working closely with development teams to prioritize features, leverage data for decision-making, and contribute to operational efficiency and agile transformation.
Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with the bank’s strategy.

Prioritize features based on customer needs and business value; maintain a clear product backlog.

Act as the liaison between stakeholders and agile teams, participating in agile ceremonies.

Write and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and adjust as needed.

Engage stakeholders, provide updates on product progress, and manage expectations.

Use data and KPIs for decision-making; conduct market research and monitor product performance.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive agile principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and effective stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Proficient in using data for decision-making and product optimization.

Experience with product backlog management and feature prioritization.
Preferred:

BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.

Experience in agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.
