Key responsibilities:
Structural, cost-optimized integration of new production lines in line with the value stream of a given production plant
Creating concepts and calculating new orders
Implementation of new solutions aimed at automating and optimizing production processes, introducing new products into production
Supervision over the creation of technological documentation for manufactured products
Ensuring efficient product flow through the value stream, organizing production cells and stations
Responsibility for technology
Selection of technology partners for implementation in manufacturing processes
Organization and supervision of the work of subordinate team - people management, including: cascading and defining employee goals, providing feedback and making a formal annual evaluation of their work, supporting employees in their professional development, motivating employees to cooperate effectively, managing working time of subordinate employees, including keeping records and controlling overtime work, managing leaves, organizing work in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations
Liaising with other managers
Promoting a spirit of teamwork within the group and in relationships with collaborating organizations.
Self-development and further education, updating and developing knowledge required on the position
Comprehensive technical knowledge in the scope of technical drawing, metal processing, techniques for designing machines and technical devices, materials science
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment in a managerial position
Experience in implementing new products
Ability to manage complex projects
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Polish language would be an advantage
Ability to select and evaluate suppliers from a technical perspective
Problem solving skills in order to solve complex technical and organizational challenges
Excellent communication skills
High managerial skills in building effective teams, creating and sharing compelling department’s vision, engaging employees to implement innovations
Ability to use coaching techniques in team management
Ability to delegate tasks
