Principal QA
- Overall exp should be more than 15 years
- Relevant exp, 8 - 10 years or related experience; or equivalent work experience (specialty/expertise in 1-2 technology stacks, cloud-based tech/languages, etc.)
- Has developed and delivered strategic test plans that span Unit, Integration and Functional testing, across all phases of the SLDC and Maintenance process – need demonstratable/real examples of this + test automation.
- Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing. Knows how to track and publish quality metrics.
- Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
- Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
- Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, peer product development managers, product managers and HR. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
- Hands on experience with QA tools, code coverage tools, automation
