What project we have for you
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with an understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for real-world Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative Al applications. You will be at the forefront of automotive innovation and play a crucial role in integrating LLM technology into a virtual assistant to enhance user experiences in automotive speech and natural language understanding.

What you will do
- Drive/Participate in the ideation, development, and execution of POCs and Al related project.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions for the automotive industry.
- Analysis, testing, and validation of AI-based features to ensure reliability and robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Bring new technologies to market quickly while ensuring they operate reliably at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other relevant teams to integrate data-driven functionalities into our products.
What you need for this
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong experience in NLP techniques and understanding of LLMs, demonstrated through relevant projects or research.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and libraries/frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, spa Cy, etc., and cloud Al services such as AWS/Azure.
- Embedded software development experience.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment. MLOPs knowledge and how to deploy models in production.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of ASR, TTS, chatbots, dialogue systems and conversational AI.
- Experience in LLM training, fine-tuning and optimization (quantization, sparsity).
- Exposure to the automotive industry.
- Contributions to open source AI projects.
