Being a part of HR Team the People Partner is responsible for implementing HR policies & programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development of our TCK division. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function and the organizations leadership.
You Role: Provide a trusted and professional advice for line managers and employees
Providing full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including; ER issues; employment law; procedures; performance management
Being a point of contact for line managers regarding HR related matters
Conducting leaver interviews, utilizing feedback to inform and improve people strategies and organizational processes
Coordinate HR investigations
Design and execute HR Policies for the aligned geography or site
Design and successfully implement key HR policies to secure consistent work practices and employee experience
Identifies and consults with all key stakeholders who will benefit out of the HR policies
Accountable for the compliance of the policies with the local labour law and global corporate standard
Collaborate with Global Co Es to execute Global Programs in the aligned Segment or geography
Implement global programs locally, keeping customization to the necessary minimum
Collaborate with global Corporate Teams to influence design of the global programs
Your Background:
Experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations positions or similar
University Degree in Human Resources, Social Psychology or related field
Practical knowledge of Polish Labour Law
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various different stakeholders within and outside of primary geography
Patient listener showing empathy to all colleagues who bring feedback and a need to be listened
Exceptional Communication skills and ability to facilitate conflict
Strong people and business focus, understanding company’s business model and direction
Fluency in English – C1 level in speech and writing
Ability to build relationships, navigate through a complex stakeholder matrix, take ownership and act autonomously while also adopting a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork, both with local People teams and regional/global ones
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a dynamically changing environment
Practical knowledge of general labor law related matters in different geographies and continents as well as cultural differences will be a plus
