PEGA Engineer
We are looking for you, if you:
- Are PEGA certified or have several years' experience of using PEGA,
- Like to know how everything works under the hood,
- Have analytical skills.
- Are familiar with Agile/Scrum.
You’ll get extra points for:
- Having experience of working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institutionl,
- Being an experienced lead engineer,
- Being a team player.
About the Squad:
We are looking for individuals to join a newly built PEGA engineering team. We are looking for people with a lot of experience as well as those who are just starting out with this platform. If you have certifications, that's great, and if you only have working experience, that's not bad either. Your role in the team will depend on your experience, skills and aptitude. At the very beginning, you will have the opportunity to learn about our Way of Working from experienced colleagues from other countries, and you will join an international team to learn about projects.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer IV”.
