Requirements
You’re a perfect fit if:
you have general knowledge of internet technologies (computer networks, communication protocols, data formats);
you are proficient in reading and analyzing indicators, charts and logs of computer applications;
you have good English language skills in speaking and writing;
you have strong organisational skills and work discipline;
you are able to work independently;
you are available for 3-shift work pattern (including weekends and holidays).
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
observation of operational elements indicators of the Wazdan Platform;
responding to failures and problems - contacting the secondary support and customer technical support;
communicating with customers (e-mail, chat) in the field of noticed and reported problems;
preliminary analysis and selection of events for further analysis by the second and third lines of support;
keeping a journal of events, failures, and incidents.
