Responsibilities
- Providing assistance and guidance for internal and external customers within sales process flow.
- Support Logistic Department as being part of Global Distribution Center.
- Finance control in various matter.
- Being a part of spares order process for customers on prepayment terms.
- Proactively participate in the wider marine spares user community of practice, developing business and process improvements through integration with fellow users and employees from Product Centers.
- Taking care of correct circulation of documents.
Qualifications and experience
- University Graduate (Relevant industry experience may substitute for this requirement).
- Good practical skills of MS Office software; knowledge of MS Excel at minimum intermediate level is a must.
- Knowledge of ERP system will be considered as an advantage.
- High English level (written and spoken).
- Experience within marine industry is considered as an advantage.
- Commercial awareness and sense of shared responsibility for the company's results.

- Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
