As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the quality and integrity of the investment data that our clients rely on. This role will require you to be in the Białystok Office 5 days a week for the first month for training. Your key responsibilities as a Junior Data Analyst will include:
Playing a crucial part in sourcing and analysing fund data to help power our products and client deliveries.
Working closely with clients and third parties to ensure their data can be used effectively and passes our validation process.
Guiding and advising data providers to ensure their data is compliant with our process.
Acting as a point of liaison between clients and data providers to ensure their needs are being met.
Communicating with our European clients via email daily to ensure accurate delivery and to answer their queries.
Regularly contacting colleagues from all over Europe, exchanging knowledge, and working together to provide the best possible service to our clients.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior Data Analyst:
You must be fluent in spoken and written English and at least B1 level in Polish.
You should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
You must be motivated, with attention to detail and an aptitude for accuracy.
You will need strong listening, communication, and analytical skills.
