This role will require you to be in the Białystok Office 5 days a week for the first month for training.

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Data Analyst will include:
- Playing a crucial part in sourcing and analysing fund data to help power our products and client deliveries.
- Working closely with clients and third parties to ensure their data can be used effectively and passes our validation process.
- Guiding and advising data providers to ensure their data is compliant with our process.
- Acting as a point of liaison between clients and data providers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Communicating with our European clients via email daily to ensure accurate delivery and to answer their queries.
- Regularly contacting colleagues from all over Europe, exchanging knowledge, and working together to provide the best possible service to our clients.
- You must be fluent in spoken and written English and at least B1 level in Polish.
- You should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- You must be motivated, with attention to detail and an aptitude for accuracy.
- You will need strong listening, communication, and analytical skills.
