Join us as a Client Service Representative!
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Client Service Representative to join our Krakow Custody Hub Team. In this role you will be responsible for custody account opening process and for maintaining client access to BBH platform Infuse. A Client Service Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Processing of custody account opening requests submitted by BBH corporate clients in cooperation with other team members and client service groups
- Validating and uploading client due diligence documentation connected with account opening process
- Ensuring high quality of services by our team in accordance to BBH policies and procedures to minimize risks involved in the process and to satisfy clients’ needs
- Ensuring that desktop procedures and internal trackers are up to date and that knowledge is shared within the team
- Taking part in process improvement initiatives and projects

Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluency in English (C1)
