Item Specialist
Are you the new forward-minded team player we are looking for?
We are looking for Item Specialists with knowledge or interest on item data management with analytical mindset to join the Services (SER) Global Item Management -team.
You will have a key role in the quote-to-delivery process by ensuring item data consistency and quality.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Daily item data creation, maintenance and lifecycle control in Valmet systems according to SER item data management processes
- Collaboration with network of SER business professionals to facilitate efficient end-to-end process cycle times.
- SER item data quality control monitoring and corrective actions
- Contributing to the development ideas of new item data related concepts
Our expectations for you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or business administration or other relevant experience
- Language skills in Polish and English
- Team player with communication skills and with customer service-attitude
- Analytical, development minded and self-motivated
- Capability to utilize technical documentation
- Knowledge of Valmet or other technical products is considered as an advantage
- Systems experience of PDM/PLM, Infor LN (or other ERP system) is considered as an advantage. Microsoft Office skills are also advantage.
- Experience or knowledge from master data management is considered as an advantage
- Willingness to learn new skills with good team of colleagues!
