ITAM Governance and Data Analytics is an intermediate level position responsible for process analysis, data analysis and provide guideline to the key stakeholders based on the established IT inventory standard, such as Hardware asset management standard, and Software asset management. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks.
Responsibilities:
ITAM Data Management: Provide guidance to the key stakeholders who manage the system of record of ITAM inventory to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the IT asset inventory data
Governance and Compliance: Support the enforcement of ITAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance across the organization
Data Analysis and Reporting: Be able to collect the data and provide factual evidence or insights to the users and support the decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with teams who provide IT related services and guide them through the requirements based on the standards and policy.
Support and Training: Be able to provide basic support and training to the key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Strong data analytical skill such as SQL, python, excel, BI, etc
Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
Experience in an ITAM Governance as an asset
Strong problem-solving skills, and be able to drive the conversation with key stakeholders
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
