The IT director is expected to be a trusted advisor to the board of directors responsible for managing the strategy, implementing and executing the transformation across the internal IT environment towards ERP system, ensuring cybersecurity and the smooth operation of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Ensuring transition of current infrastructure, IT systems, and business operations to new solutions (ERP) that will be supporting major company business processes.

Oversee and maintain the organization’s cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure, focusing on its security components as well as operational efficiency.

Facilitate and support the automation of the business process in Google Workspace and Jira environment.

Provide effective leadership and management for existing IT Team.

Manage day-to-day IT operations.

Communicate and seek solutions with potential IT suppliers of software and hardware.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Manage contacts with special interest groups relating to information security.

Lead the IT competences functions in Infrastructure, ERP system, Google Workspace and Internal Customer Support.

Monitor the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet user needs and business objectives.

Lead risk and control management within internal IT (software development, maintenance, IT support, changes, system updates, compliance with standards).

Establish annual forecasted costs for the internal IT organization (forecasted costs, team structure, hardware/software investment) and prepare the annual budget.

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
Requirements:

MS degree in IT/engineering field.

5 years proven experience in project/portfolio management, change management and system integrations within IT infrastructure.

Successful in people management and leadership positions.

Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with cloud infrastructure and IT security.

Strong competencies in Business Analysis & Deployment Management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong focus for tech and operational efficiency and optimization.

Working experience with Google Workspace, Jira, ERP environment on IT side.

IT Service Management knowledge is a must.

Fluency in English.

Driving License B.
