How you will create an impact:
- You lead and develop a team of 6+ people, understanding and working towards organizational goals.
- You develop the current SAP team into a competence center fully capable of managing an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You lead the introduction of S/4HANA and support the porting of related ERP business procedures to the new ERP structures.
- You help build an organizational roadmap towards the S/4HANA migration and the rebuilding of the SAP Group.
- You help establish new and more effective service providers to support the operation and development of the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You ensure that the SAP environment remains operational and efficient and that technological changes are reflected in our environment where necessary.
- You advise the CTO-Office on SAP strategy development, inform them of required organizational initiatives within your area of responsibility, and provide relevant decision-making support.
- You support the CTO and his deputy in the design of the development of your service scope within the context of a global IT services strategy, including cost- /budget and infrastructure planning.
- You contribute to the production of executive committee-related content by creating presentations and collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant information.
- You conduct regular reporting to the CTO and his deputy regarding the state of the organization.
- You synchronize with other IT organizations, corporate functions, and business teams as it relates to your scope of activity.
- You support relevant stakeholder groups within the global PMO and interface with global project portfolio management.
- You report to the Global Head of IT Integration Services or the CTO where relevant.
Your profile:
- Relevant education or development as an organizational manager or architect.
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles in relevant international organizations, ideally in significant consulting organizations.
- Experience in planning and implementing S4HANA and the required migration process, including SAP Finance and controlling processes as well as cloud-based S/4HANA environments.
- Experienced team lead with a track record of leading multinational teams and working with international stakeholders.
- Proficient in (agile) project management and cost- and budget planning.
- Strong initiative, good time management, and organizational skills to integrate into a global workflow.
- Business fluent in English, with good communication skills with the ability to be diplomatic.
- A holistic and systematic approach, combined with the ability to focus on building sustainable solutions rather than focusing on single issues.
