THE POSITION

Tasks & responsibilities

• As an HR Direct Intern you will participate in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops
• You will be responsible to create letters for employees in the UK and Ireland (reference, mortgage, progression zone and salary change letters)
• You will be responding in English to basic queries from employees in the UK and Ireland on the phone and in writing; e.g. resetting password to the Payroll system, basic queries on benefits, uploading documents to electronic personnel dossier, changing personal data in HR system, performing monthly controls for new joiners
• You will support HR Direct team in daily tasks, by learning how to use different tools and systems
• You collaborate with various internal stakeholders
