Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service,
Proven experience in the IT department in the support/security team,
Proficient knowledge of Windows and mac OS operating systems,
Knowledge of VLAN, IPsec, SSL VPN, WI-FI,
Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace,
Basic information security/risk management knowledge,
Degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable degree or successfully completed further education or training in the field,
Active approach towards managing risks,
Certifications such as CISP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
Your responsibilities:
Technical support for users and timely resolution of IT issues in person or via remote channels,
Preparation, installation and configuration of computer hardware and peripherals,
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability and security,
Diagnosing and solving problems, including technical, network, and software issues,
Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems,
Document IT procedures, technical solutions, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes,
Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues,
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to avoid downtime,
Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards in all IT operations,
Help in maintaining and improving IT security measures.
