We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Process Specialist to collaborate closely with the management team in overseeing the company's financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will be crucial in monitoring, financial planning and optimizing costs. As part of the team, you will provide key financial information to support business decisions and contribute to the company's overall success. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Recording expenses and preparing financial reports
• Recording and managing disbursements and payments.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Providing support to company management

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• At least 2 years of experience as any of the following:
  • an Accountant,
  • Financial Analyst,
  • Finance Accounting Process Specialist,
  • Financial Controller,
  • Financial Planning Analyst
• Open mind and creative approach
• Ability to work 2 days per week from our Kraków office

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Quick Books and JIRA software
