Mars Global Services Finance is recruiting an Invoice to Pay Director to lead the payables and travel & expense operations for the European region, as well as a focus on a global subprocess. This role is tasked with leading a great team and partnering with a variety of stakeholders, both upstream and in our business segments, to deliver operational excellence while leading through a robust transformation agenda.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Deliver Great Line Management across a team of 5 Associates; identifying and developing talent within the MGS organization, and providing an enriching career experience to the team
Oversee and govern the teams that deliver core operations for MGSF I2P, through SLAs and KPIs, providing support and driving key objectives within the team, and into the upstream process areas
Through our three-tiered governance structure, provide insights to business leaders and stakeholders, employing metrics that matter, and driving improvements, through a combination of direct leadership, influencing without authority, and partnerships with business stakeholders
Drive the I2P standardization agenda, streamlining processes and migrating to new technologies, throughout the European markets and across other parts of the global I2P & T&E community
Partner with business and upstream stakeholders to help create and deliver value through a variety of working capital initiatives and projects
Lend operational support in the planning, design, and deployment of new global SAP S4H ERP systems, by providing valuable insights, resources and testing capabilities when needed
