The purpose of this role is to support the development and maintenance of this knowledge portal. You will join HR Global Delivery Organization (GDO International) team and you will closely cooperate with colleagues from Poland, UK, USA and other countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing, editing & formating HR knowledge by taking existing HR information and applying technical writing principles to create topic pages & FAQs;
- Building HR knowledge into the Service Now knowledgebase;
- Maintaining knowledge within the Service Now knowledgebase;
- Maintaining internal GDO documentation (Share Point);
- Managing workload via cases within Service Now;
- Coordinating day-to-day work clients (HR knowledge owners), experts and relevant stakeholders;
- Coordinating projects to close gaps and assist with major HR projects affecting knowledge;
- Identifying and continuous improvement of the core components of a robust Knowledge Management system;
Facilitating high-level strategizing and taking part in establishing global HR knowledge management strategy at an organizational level.
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCES/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in using MS office package (especially Word);
- Understanding of a wide variety of shared workspace platforms (Share Point, MS Teams, etc.);
- Fluent English- level C1 is minimum;
- Willingness to write simple, accurate, attractive and user friendly communicates, manuals, instructions;
- Experience with HTML;
- Being technical and IT savvy;
- Self-motivated and well-organized person;
- Able to do tasks with limited supervision;
- Good communicator and effective listener;
- High time management skills and ability to set up priorities;
- Minium 4-5 years of experience in HR
