Your Role
As the Head of Quality Support, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team ensuring the highest standards of quality across our supplier network and external partners. You will be a member of the Corporate Quality Leadership team and report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Quiality. Your responsibilities will span three critical areas:
Supplier Quality:
- Oversee quality management of suppliers, ensuring compliance with LEO QMS and relevant regulations.
- Drive the Supplier Quality Management Process across LEO Pharma and maintain competency within the department.
Distribution Quality:
- Lead the transport validation process and uphold GDP standards.
- Ensure the department excels in GDP competencies.
External Quality Support:
- Support our External Alliance Managers in compliance with LEO QMS and c Gx P.
- Manage customer and supplier complaints and maintain GMP standards.
Your Manager role:
- Your active participation in the Corporate Quality leadership team will be vital for ensuring we meet our strategic goals.
- You will play a crucial role in leadership, setting ambitious targets, managing budgets, and representing your area during inspections.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role you will need:
- Master’s degree in natural sciences with a minimum of 8 years in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven experience as a QA responsible person, working with external partners and suppliers.
- Experience as a Qualified Person (QP) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, LEO products, and regulatory expectations (GMP, and other Gx P areas will be an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to make sound quality decisions and share best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-focused approach.
