Your Role
As the Head of ERP Operations and Support, you will:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of 5-10 professionals, ensuring high motivation and effective delivery.
- Be part of Shaping shaping the ERP strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure that the team provides timely delivery of incidents, changes, and enhancements in alignment with the roadmap, budget, compliance and inspection readiness.
- Manage the ERP budget, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning within the team.
- Handle risks, escalations, and cross-team issue tracking.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in a global company, comfortable working across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in managing operations of SAP ERP
- Advanced skills in outsourced and global delivery models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience in coaching and motivating geographically dispersed teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and training execution.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Preferable a background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.

You'll be joining a team of Lead Architects, Solution Architects, Senior Application Mangers and more that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Our Application Management TDS & Corporate department is dedicated to maintaining and optimizing business applications to meet our organizational goals. You'll work with a diverse group of professionals in and outside the department, including IT business partners, Process- and Data owners and external vendors, to ensure our ERP systems are top-notch.
