What do you need
Are you independent and self-reliant? If the answer is ‘yes’, then we’re halfway there! Apply for a Growth Hacker position if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in co-creating and implementing marketing strategies for B2B services;
- Experience in creating engaging content in English;
- You know how to create an effective content strategy;
- Experience and knowledge of SEO and know how to effectively use it in practice;

You are familiar with tools such as:
– Surfer SEO,
– Ahrefs,
– Google Search Console,
– Google Analytics,
- Word Press and/or Elementor.
- English language proficiency at least at C1 level (both spoken and written);
- You have an analytical mindset and have the ability to interpret data;
- You are a creative, proactive person with a high sense of ownership;
- You can excellently organize your work.
- Experience working with a Saa S product.
Who do we look for
As a Growth Hacker, you will co-create and implement marketing activities for our two business lines – Zendo and WP Kraken.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Co-creating marketing strategy: planning and implementing marketing plans for our two business lines;
- Content creation: both for the website and newsletters (microcopy). Occasionally – creating blog content. Conducting link exchanges;
- Identifying and implementing innovative marketing activities: based on specific indicators such as MRR;
- Community building: building and engaging the community using Discord;
- Market analysis: researching market trends and competition;
- Performance analysis: monitoring the effectiveness of conducted activities and implementing ongoing changes;
- Collaboration: close cooperation with the copywriting team, CEO, and other teams within MPC.
