We are looking for Air Freight Local Growth Enablement Professional
In this role you enable growth opportunities across the area for air freight product with your commercial, technical and market understanding. You enhance sales community with capabilities and knowledge including increased confidence to profitably grow with the customers working also on pricing definition. You will also identify business opportunities and supports vertical teams being ahead of market trends.
Key responsibilities:
Working within the Maersk Air product you generate business through interaction with the different parts of the Maersk organization, enabling them to win additional business and also leading interactions with the top customers, existing and new, at a strategic level
Define targeted accounts and develop opportunities for the product
Maximize synergies & overall profitability on opportunities
Strong ability to break down a product solution in a clear and simple way to both internal sales and customers
Providing solutions to sales and customers in a rapid pace
Act as voice of the customers within product organization
Define pricing set up and value proposition for the product
Presenting offers and solutions to customers
We are looking for
Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
Can-do attitude, searching for solutions
Polish as mother language, fluent English skills, both in written and spoken
Willingness to take ownership
Capable of working under pressure while keeping sight of the bigger picture and of the full business processes
Good coordination and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge about air freight market

Experience within an air freight operational function
