Project Manager for Global Mobility
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be supporting a Project Manager to help design, implement and execute best in class processes, including system implementation. Working with variety of stakeholders you will ensure best user experience for internal and external customers and a harmonized and compliant processes across multiple countries. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the IA Hosted Global Mobility in Krakow. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading global projects to coordinate payroll reporting and provide information to tax authorities for tax assessment and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Managing reporting and data analysis for the Global Mobility function to support strategic decision-making. • Serving as the primary contact for inquiries regarding Mobility Salary & Compensation philosophy, and supporting compensation-related topics during new technology implementations. • Collaborating with the policy and process manager to streamline communication processes within Global Mobility and with stakeholders, utilizing available technology for efficiency.Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in managing global mobility matters and have a strong understanding of remuneration and compensation.
- You have 3+ years of experience in HR, demonstrating advanced skills in handling global mobility and compensation issues.
- You are highly adept in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and design comprehensive data reports.
- You possess strong numeric and analytic skills, and are proficient in manipulating data to report on trends and common themes.
- You are passionate about working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
- You have excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
- You are at ease communicating fluently in spoken and written English.
