The Finance Platforms Lead for Autobank is primarily focused on the implementation and support of Global Bank Statement and Remittance Advice Solutions, as Global Platforms in our Operating Companies (Op Co). Your responsibilities would include:
working within the Order to Cash Finance Platforms product team to transfer business requirements into solutions within the Bank statement and Remittance advice processing domain, safeguarding the template design of our Global Solution
keeping up with relevant developments in your functional area and ensure the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
delivering working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional specs and test scripts, within the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire to a zero-defect culture
providing support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and propose how to resolve these, reducing the complexity of the work to be done in the related processes
providing guidance and coaching to other team members on changes throughout the design process. Ensure that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the Product are embedded in the team.
You are a good match if you have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related studies
a minimum of 7 years of consulting experience, ideally in the bank statement processing domain
good understanding of Bank Statement processes and architecture
experience in Global roll out programs
ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
team player attitude and ability to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
SAP Technical experience, including SAP FI/CO product configuration experience
experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector is a plus
experience with middleware integration scenarios (e.g. PI, Solace, APIC) is a plus
experience in test automation
good understanding of change management/release management processes.
