Finance Management Trainee

Tasks and Responsibilities:
To validate the monthly invoice, attribute details, exceptions and supporting data on a timely and consistent basis;
To administer disputed items, ensure that invoicing is performed per Contract terms in conformance with pricing exhibits and rates and make recommendations on payment actions for Client to take forward
To perform monthly review, validation, ongoing tracking and obtaining approval of Performance Credits due for the Supplier.
To perform follow up on all contract-related issues from initiation through resolution that may arise from any contractual aspect of the Supplier/Bayer relationship
To maintain and follow up on action items from initiation through resolution that arise from monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
Who You Are:
Professional experience in S2P / Finance area - beneficial
Communicative skills in spoken and written English as a must, second language beneficial;
Advanced in MS Office, especially Excel;
Analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently, dedication and accuracy, motivation and good organizational skills, eager to learn, good communication skills and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.
Good knowledge of SAP systems and other tools used in MD area (SAP FI, SAP MM) - beneficial
