Role Description:
Due to Strive’s expansion towards Western markets, we are looking for someone with experience in recruitment across the EMEA region to join our team. What will you be responsible for?
We are a boutique recruitment agency focused on relationships and quality. Our team supports each other with daily challenges, and we simply enjoy working together. We operate in Wrocław and Gdańsk, preferring a hybrid work format without rigid rules. We work across various sectors, but our specialties include TSL, engineering, e-commerce, and IT. Our work culture is a real mix of professionalism and fun – we believe that the best results come from a friendly atmosphere!
Requirements:

- Independently managing recruitment projects
- Collaborating with the Business Development Manager
- Maintaining contact with clients and fostering long-term business relationships

Requirements:
- Experience in independently managing recruitment projects; experience with international recruitment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, while German language skills would be an added advantage but are not required.
