Role Overview:
As a Digital Communications Advisor, you will provide data-driven insights to enhance Shell's corporate communications and brand campaigns. Part of the Strategic Communications & Brand (SCB) team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment to analyze performance and optimize campaign and content strategies across paid, owned and earned media channels.

Role Overview:
As a Digital Communications Advisor, you will provide data-driven insights to enhance Shell's corporate communications and brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytics for corporate and brand communication activities.

Propose tools, approaches, and reports to support communication campaigns.

Analyze digital performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

Partner with third-party agencies to optimize ongoing campaigns.
-
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Enhance data literacy and drive a data-led communication strategy across the business.

Senior-level experience in digital analytics, campaign performance evaluation, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of how different digital platforms function and the role of various metrics and KPIs for different communication objectives.

Experience using digital analytics tactics to go broader than observations: proven experience of ability to interpret insights in the context of the relevant strategic priorities and form actionable conclusions and recommendations.

Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in an international setting.

Expertise in digital analytics tools (e.g., Synthesio, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver insights to diverse audiences.

Knowledge of Shell’s corporate strategy would be an asset.
