What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:

You will be responsible to reduce aged and current debt for your own customer portfolio
-
Develop and maintain effective and constructive relationships with customers to achieve the best credit results possible

Proactive follow up with customers via outbound customer contacts to negotiate payment on outstanding amounts and resolve outstanding payment issues

Build and maintain good working relations within the team and colleagues across the globe

To be familiar and to act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policies
This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:

Relevant 2-3 years of working experience and a bachelor or similar degree in economics or finance

Fluent in English – both writing and speaking
-
Excellent interacting, negotiation and communicating skills
-
A proactive, motivated, and positive attitude, with the ability to easily adapt to business changes and learn new processes quickly

Computer literate (experience in the system environment), strong Excel skills

Wilhelmsen Ships Service Polska (WSSP) is part of the Wilhelmsen Group, a global provider of services and products to the maritime industry for over 160 years. WSSP is one of four companies located in Szczecin where we employ over 250 people in several departments. The entire Credit Control Team consists of over 30 people. Join us to feel a great atmosphere created by specialists who carry out their daily tasks with full commitment and passion.
