As a Component Planner, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective component supplies to keep factory production running smoothly. We're seeking innovative, sustainability-minded individuals. If this sounds like you, reach out!
Responsibilities:
- Assess production needs and predict component usage
- Create and maintain planning reports and databases
- Coordinate procurement and expediting with suppliers and vendors
- Address component shortages and discrepancies
- Optimize inventory levels, reducing waste and obsolescence
- Identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication, open-mindedness, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and quality standards
- Independent and team work capability
- Fluent in Polish and English; project management skills are a plus
- Experience in component planning, procurement, or logistics is beneficial
