Collections Analyst with Spanish
What will you do:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing sales orders, processing customer claims and collecting overdue payments.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Resolve customer queries and claims or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain prices and pricing conditions according to rules and procedures
- Process rebate reports and issue credit notes according to customer agreements
- Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem solving skills
- Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
- Adhere to SLA and KPI targets
What do we expect:
- Fluent Spanish and English (min C1)
- Solid customer service experience, preferably in the health sector (min. 1 year)
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured person with the ability to prioritize and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of the SAP SD module.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
