We're looking for Card Process Specialist to join our Operations team in Lithuania, Kraków, Warszawa, Rzeszow or remotely. If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you!

Your responsibilities at ZEN will be following:

Participation in operational cards' projects concerning further development of issuing services
Co-managing projects in an independent manner
Assistance in delivery of the projects as well as cost control
Actively managing risks and issues as well as having mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates
Cooperating with other departments and Service Providers representatives
Solving operational tasks as a third line support

We're looking for people with:

Nice to have - knowledge of card issuing/authorization processes as well as Mastercard & VISA environments
Excellent communication skills and escalation ability
Basic knowledge of the business requirements and understanding of customer's needs
Familiarity of fintech environment
At least 1-2 years of experience in a fintech/banking job
Polish and English - B2 level
