Custody Department of Citi Handlowy is looking for Asset Servicing Analyst responsible for settlement transactions in foreign markets and corporate actions processing.

Responsibilities:

• Processing securities transactions in foreign markets;
  
• Monitoring of transactions statuses and their reporting to clients;
  
• Handling clients inquiries related to transactions statuses;
  
• Processing invoices related to foreign markets;
  
• Processing Corporate Actions events
  
• Identifying and resolving securities settlement issues;
  
• Taking all possible measures and actions in managing the potential risks;
  
• Participating in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades of platforms;
  
• Proactive increasing effectiveness of foreign settlement processes.
  

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in processing equities and/or fixed income transactions;
  
• Experience in processing transactions in foreign markets
  
• Experience in Corporate Actions processing;
  
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Teamwork skills;
  
• Knowledge of securities products and market infrastructure will be advantage;
  
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (written and spoken);
  
• University degree.
