Job Description
1、Develop and execute global marketing strategies, focusing on the Warsaw, Poland market, to drive business growth and brand awareness. 2、Analyze market trends, research competitors, and provide strategic recommendations for product and service development. 3、Oversee the planning and execution of major marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects. 5、Monitor and report on KPIs for marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies to improve ROI.
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field, with more than ten years of marketing experience. 2、Solid understanding of the Polish market and a proven track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives in the region. 3、Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, capable of independently conceptualizing and executing complex marketing campaigns. 4、Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with team members at different levels. 5、Proficient in data analysis, leveraging data to drive decision-making and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
