At Customer Experience Competency Center we are seeking an Architect with an extensive background in projects based on Adobe products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects for a leading data-driven marketing company that leverages the newest capabilities across Adobe products.
Your role
Advise clients on the right Mar Tech and Data investments to maximize marketing effectiveness
Assess the current Mar Tech stack against core needs and recommend changes
Provide consultancy on the best set-up for the data lake and customer data platform
Guide people, processes, and technology changes to support omnichannel customer journey orchestration
Perform high-value behavior studies to understand the business value of various site outcomes
Your skills
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Data & Analytics Architect/Consultant role
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and its components: CDP, AJO, CJA, AAM, AEM, Target, Analytics
Knowledge of customer data platforms and orchestration tools
Deep experience helping clients define their Marketing Strategy and evolve their people, processes, and technology structure to deliver on that strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English coupled with experience in cooperation in a multi-national environment
