The Workplace Counsellor ensure first line counselling services to Conectys staff, offering integrative coping solutions with challenges potentially negatively impacting them in relation with their work context and challenges.

Within your role you will:

• Conduct Connect sessions that provide a sounding board for employees to safely talk about issues truoubling them in correlation with their professional life and assisting them with life coaching solutions in order to better cope with their work-impacting challenges.
• Serve as liaison with the allocated HRBPs in order to consolidate risk, needs and aspirations information supporting the employees, teams', managers' and business's needs.
• Serve as a gate keeper and distribution point for access to specialised Occupational Health & Safety services, be their Conectys contracted vendors or independent supporting services providers.
• Facilitate support group activities and other wellbeing activities.
• Support implementation of organisational change at individual, groups and teams level.

What will make you successful in the role:

• BA in Psychology/Sociology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field;
• Pedagogy or trainer certification are an asset;
• At least 1 year experience as trainer/OD consultant/HRBP or senior recruiter with proven contribution / exposure to multiple HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc);
• Basic knowledge of employment legislation applicable in the country where services are rendered;
• Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework;
